Competitor Analysis &
Crazy 8s
I started by looking at competitors and their features.
None of them have all the features that Vivir is planning to implement and that is a great selling point for investors.
The team and I then proceeded by doing some crazy 8's for each one of the features to get ideas as to how to design each one.

Based on all our findings and after a long discussion as to how many features it should have, we then proceeded with the Information architecture of the app. The challenge was to make sure that the users would easily understand each feature and that everything looked cohesive.

After creating the first wireframes we asked for a first round of feedback with the client. We then proceeded by doing design exploration based on the presentation pitch the client sent us. Their idea was to have something fresh, modern, interactive and intuitive.

In this phase the Senior product designer and I created the design system based on the client's vision. We wanted bright colours and something that would work both with light and dark backgrounds and blurried images, as that is part of the envisioned theme.

We then made high fidelity screens that looked sleek, modern, fresh and on brand and presented the work to the client.
They were very impressed by the work.

After creating the designs for all the features and reviewing everything with the client, the senior designer and I tackled the prototyping part of the project so that we were sure to leave the client with a funcional app that investors could try out and explore.
